Incident Reporting
Within the division in charge of the Operational Safety Management System of our airport, we manage the risks associated with aircraft operation activities in order to analyze, quantify and implement actions to reduce them to an acceptable level to ensure operational safety.
To mitigate these risks we have protocols that allow the identification of these risks through mandatory / voluntary reports which must / can be filled out by personnel who are daily involved in these operational areas.
If you wish to anonymously report any possible risk that you have detected within our facilities, please download the Operational Safety Risk Voluntary Report Form that you will find at the end of this text.
Reporting these incidents is of vital importance to our management, as it allows us to identify and correct anomalies in time to prevent possible accidents.
